  • Age groups: 9-13yrs.
  • No time standards (NTs accepted).
  • A Swimmer may enter no more than SEVEN total individual events, with a maximum of FOUR per day. NO DECK ENTRIES WILL BE ALLOWED.
  • $6.00 per event, check payable to GBSA WITH A NOTE DESCRIBING WHO AND WHAT THE CHECK IS FOR IN THE MEMO AREA OF THE CHECK!!
  • Entries due in the BOX by Thursday, 9/22/2011 by 6:30PM.

  • A Swimmer may enter FOUR events per day excluding relays.
  • Entry Fees: $TBA per Individual Event & $TBA per Relay. GBSA entries will be due in the box by TBA - with check made payable to GBSA and a note in the memo describing what the check is for!!

November 12-13, 2011 Arena Club Aquatics Harvest Festival Swim Meet @ Magnolia Middle School Pool Notice  
  • We will attend Sunday afternoon distance session ONLY.
  • 8 & Under: No time standards (NTs accepted); 10 & Older: 'B' & Under Times.
  • ONLY ONE event per open distance session is allowed.
  • Entry Fees: $5.50 for individual events mini meet; $6.50 per individual event for open session; $20.00 for relay events; $7.00 for individual deck entries for athletes already entered in the meet at the discretion of the meet director. Please make checks payable to GBSA.

  • Age groups: Open to all USA Swimming registered swimmers. Swimmer’s age as of November 18, 2011 will apply for the entire meet.
  • NO ON-DECK REGISTRATION WILL BE PERMITTED.

  • Swimmers are limited to a maximum of three (3) individual events, plus one relay per day, except Friday distance Session, which has a one (1) event maximum.

  • Time Standards: Minimum-'B' Times / Maximum-Slower Than MSCM Times, Open Use 15-16 Times. GBSA swimmers do NOT have to have any minimum time - we are host and all can swim even 8 and unders!
