GBSA Tryouts Policy

All swimmers must try out at the beginning of each swim season (September) unless the swimmer was registered with GBSA for the most recent summer quarter (June-July-August). This includes returning GBSA swimmers NOT registered in the summer.

Placements will be made by the coaching staff. These placements may be discussed and adjusted, however the head coach’s final decision is final.

Posting of placements from tryouts will be displayed on the team website by the stated/advertised date, allowing time for families to make decisions prior to the registration period.
